Service Area and Locations FAQs

Which office should I call for service?

Call the office closest to your home or business, since each location has its own team, phone line and service area. If you are not sure which office covers your address, call our main line at (800) 962-3141. We will route your call to the right local team so you can get help without guessing.

What are your office hours?

All three offices are open Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Calls during those hours reach your local team directly. Commercial and industrial businesses can also get 24-hour emergency repair when a door or dock fails after hours, so a broken door does not leave a building unsecured overnight.

Do all of your locations offer the same services?

Yes. Every location handles residential garage door repair, new doors, openers, remotes and accessories, commercial and industrial doors, door operators, loading dock equipment and preventative maintenance plans. The main difference is the local team and service area, so you work with technicians based near you.

Do you service garage doors from other brands?

Yes, our technicians service all garage door and opener brands, not only Overhead Door products. That means each office can help whether your door came with the house or was put in by another company. All of our service is warrantied, no matter which brand of door or opener we work on.

How do I book a visit with my local office?

Call your nearest office directly: Ann Arbor at (734) 492-1616, Battle Creek at (269) 962-3141 or Jackson at (517) 784-3328. You can also call (800) 962-3141 or use the form on our contact page. Same-day service calls are available, so tell us what is wrong when you reach out.
